Shipping policy

We make use of a trusted courier company, The Courier Guy for all our shipments.

Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days. In some cases Handemade items might take 7 - 10 working days before shipped. Your order will be shipped directly to your door. Orders will only be sent out on week days.

We have two shipping methods to choose from, Standard and Priority. Standard shipping will be delivered 2-5 working days and Priority shipping will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Deliveries within Gauteng will be delivered on the same day with Priority Shipping only if the order has been placed before 8am the morning of your purchase. Any orders placed after 8am will be delivered the next day. Orders outside of Gauteng will only be delivered within 1-3 working days with priority shipping. 

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package has been sent out to the courier. Please allow 24 hours for shipping information to reflect.

Please note that Stikkilolo cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party issues or delays of any kind related to suppliers and courier services.
